If you need support or have a problem with your website after it is complete, we are happy to help.
We can also usually assist with existing websites created elsewhere.

A key part of our business is ensuring that clients continue to receive good service after their website is complete. If you have a query, then you are welcome to call or email us. We provide written instructions on how to operate your website, but we understand that these could get lost or new staff may need it explaining to them. Just give us a call.

costs for website support

There is no charge for occasional queries. If you would like us to visit you, or require support on a regular basis, the charge is @ £25 / hour.

maintenance contracts

If you have a need to regularly update your website, a website maintenance contract could be a cost effective solution.

Having a contract with us simply means that your work will be done as a priority (usually within 24 hours) without the need for an invoice each time.
